The Stokes County Emergency Medical Service is to be proactive in delivering the highest level of emergency services to the citizens of our county. This is accomplished with the education of the department’s members and the development of team-member ownership, followed by the empowerment of each member to provide services based on the values of excellence, flexibility, teamwork, service and responsiveness.
