EN Adult Services
The Adult Services Section provides social services programs to older and disabled adults and their families in Stokes County. Some of the services offered include:
- Adult Protective Services
- Adult Care Home monitoring & complaint investigations. A listing of licensed adult care homes can be found at the North Carolina Office of Health Service Regulation.
- Community Alternatives Program for Disabled Adults
- Crisis Intake
- In-home aid services
- Guardianship services
- Representative Payee
- Special Assistance In-home services
We maintain a close working relationship with other agencies and local communities to strengthen and improve services for older and disabled adults and their families across Stokes County.
