The Stokes County Water and Sewer Authority were set to meet in third floor Conference Room of the Ronald Reagan Building on Thursday, December 9, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. with the following members present:

John Hawkins, Chairman

Arzell Montgomery, Member

 

Also present were:

Mark Delehant, Public Works Director, Ex- Officio Member

Alan Wood, Economic Development Director, Ex-Officio Member

Darlene Dill, Secretary

 

Members absent:

Worth Hampton, Vice Chairman

Wayne Smart, Member

W. Scott Snow, Member

 

            Due to a lack of a quorum the meeting was postponed until the next regular meeting on March, 10, 2011.
