Caregiver Lunch and Learn Series

Mental health issues such as depression and anxiety are NOT a normal part of aging and are hard to discuss, diagnose and treat.  Please join us for this series of lunch and learns as we will be discussing the signs and symptoms of depression in older adults and other subjects along with providing helpful resources to assist you and/or your loved ones.  Information will be provided by someone with the Geriatric Adult Specialty Team (GAST) through Therapeutic Alternatives.

 

Each lunch and learn will be held at the library of the location mentioned above.  The time will be from

11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
